Returns and Refund Policy

Thanks for letting us be a part of your ministry. If for any reason the resources you have purchased don’t meet your ministry’s needs, our return policy is simple and easy! Please see the details below before starting to process your return:

Processing your Return:

All returns must be pre-approved. Simply call our office to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA). Refunds will not be issued for returns that do not have the RMA form.

Shippable Resources:

If the shippable resource you are returning has not been opened, and is still in a re-sellable condition, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund. The resource must be free of marks, scratches, breaks, water damage, stickers, stains, or any other kind of damage to be accepted back into inventory. If the resource arrived shrink wrapped, the wrapping must not be broken. Credit will not be given for any resource that is out of print and/or obsolete.

Online Curriculum and Fees:

Any 48-Week, 30-Week or All Access online web license may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund. Any web license length under 30-Weeks are non-refundable. Any set up fee and/or service fee are non-refundable.

Media Downloads:

Media downloads (videos, message downloads and media passes) are not refundable.

T-Shirts:

T-Shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Product:

Contact our customer support team if the resource received is incorrect or damaged.

We are happy to refund the cost of the resource subject to the details listed above. Original shipping & handling and return postage charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. All returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.

Credit Card - the refund will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 1-2 weeks after processing the return.
Check - if the order was paid by check, a credit will be placed on your account and can be used towards a future purchase.

Shipping Policy

• This shipping method is not guaranteed by NavPress. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, NavPress will not reimburse the cost of the order or the shipping costs.
• Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes can take up to 6 weeks.
• Orders received after 9:30 a.m. MST Friday through Sunday will not ship from our warehouse until either Monday or Tuesday. 

• This shipping method is not guaranteed by NavPress. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, NavPress will not reimburse the cost of the order or the shipping costs.
• Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes can take up to 7 to 10 days longer.
• The USPS Priority Mail shipping option is only offered on orders that do not exceed the USPS Priority Mail service's maximum weight limitations.
• Orders received after 9:30 a.m. MST Friday through Sunday will not ship from our warehouse until either Monday or Tuesday. 

• Available to U.S. postal addresses only. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. This shipping method is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
• No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
• UPS Ground Shipping takes between 4-6 business days. 

• 72 hour delivery guaranteed-Monday to Friday (from the date UPS receives your package)
• Available to US postal addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). This option is not available for shipping to Puerto Rico.
• No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
• Orders received after 12:30 p.m. MST Friday through Sunday will not ship from our warehouse until Monday.

UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping 

• 48 hour delivery guaranteed-Monday to Friday (from the date UPS receives your package).
• Available to US postal addresses only. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. This option is not available for shipping to Puerto Rico.
• No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
• Orders received after 12:30 p.m. MST Friday through Sunday will not ship from our warehouse until Monday. 

• Available to US postal addresses only. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. This service is available only to select domestic locations.
• UPS guarantees delivery by 2 p.m. the next business day.
• Orders must be received by 12:30 p.m. MST Monday through Thursday to qualify for this shipping method.

• Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after shipped.
• This shipping method is not guaranteed if the shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Orders received after 9:30 a.m. MST Friday through Sunday will not ship from our warehouse until either Monday or Tuesday.
• NavPress cannot guarantee delivery times due to international customs.
